A few years ago after a car mechanic told me that he could not repair the air conditioner in my SUV I decided to take it to AAMCO on highway 377 in Keller. They were able to repair my AC and I have been going to them ever since. Now I take my SUV as well as my wife’s car, and I have become a regular customer, as both our cars are over ten years old. They have been able to repair oil leaks, brakes, AC, and even the motors on my wife’s car windows. Every time I have had to drop off one of my vehicles they have been courteous enough to give me a ride home and then pick me up once repairs are done. I think that one of their biggest assets is their honesty. They will not try to fool you or take advantage of you with unnecessary repairs. They will diagnose your vehicle, give you a good price, and you make the final decision. Without any hard sales tactics. I guess you can say that I am a very satisfied customer.
I recently moved to the DFW area from Ohio and started having issues with my transmission. I was not yet familiar with any trustworthy auto repair shops in the area but found this AAMCO location on Google. The repair team said my transmission was the 2nd worst they had seen and were very patient as I decided whether or not I wanted to repair/replace my transmission or if I should buy a new car. They ended up fixing my transmission for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. This location has excellent customer service and are helpful and honest people – Kent Hall was a pleasure to work with. Much gratitude for saving my car!
Just got my baby back from these guys. Took it in for a grinding in the transmission. Told them what I thought it was, and sure enough, that was it. They were very helpful, replaced the part in fair time, and even picked me up so I could come get my car. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!
I have been taking my car in for regular maintenance to these guys for about 6 months now. (I am a property inspector so I drive crazy amounts of miles. 4 oil changes in 5 months time.) I am also new to Texas. These guys are VERY fair in price, they will pick you up/drop you off at home or work, and are HONEST. They don’t try to push repairs on you that don’t really need to be done. It is hard to find a honest mechanic sometimes but these guys are the real deal. They are also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
This is the one place in DFW that women can go to and don’t have to be worried about being ripped of beause of lack of mechanical knowledge. The AC went out in my vehicle and my husband was working out of town. I went in expecting to pay at least $800 to get it fixed. I also expected to be without a vehicle for several days. The staff at AAMCO were so helpful. Not only was my vehicle ready the next day, but it was also only around $130 to repair. They explained the problem wasn’t as severe as I had thought. I’ve been to other shops who would have charged me for work that really didn’t need to be done. Ladies, if you have to get something fixed on your own, this is the place to go! They are honest, fair, and fast.I can’t recommend them enough.
Thank you AAMCO Keller! The service that I receive at AAMCO’s Keller location has always been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent, as well as, their attention to detail. They just did an outstanding job servicing my mother’s car too. She is 83 years old and AAMCO noticed that she needed a full set of new tires and offered to take her car to the tire place of our choice. They not only took the car to the tire store, but also went out of their way to pick it up! I am so thankful for their trusted service! I always feel comfortable that I will receive the best service and I know that they will not take advantage of my friends nor family!
I highly recommend AAMCO Keller. Excellent customer service and I appreciate their support of local businesses and the community. Let’s face it, no one ever goes to a repair shop because your car is running well. Repair shops mean $$ and time you usually cannot afford to spare. AAMCO Keller respects both my time and money. They are quick to listen and clear about what repairs are required. They’ve never tried to sell additional work or ‘scare’ me into a repair. David and his guys do what it takes to provide the highest quality work at a fair price.

So this is my first name giving a review Just wanna let you guys know this keller location of AAMCO IT’S REALLY AWESOME. I CAME HERE BECAUSE I GOT A TRANSMISSION GASKET LEAK ON MY CAR AND I WASN’T ABLE TO DROP OFF MY CAR AND I’M A STUDENT. I’M REALLY ON BUDGET. THEIR PRICING IS REALLY GOOD. THE WORK IS REALLY GOOD AND MOST IMPORTANT. THAT BEHAVIOUR IS REALLY GOOD. THERE WAS NO WAY. No places had my car gasket The owner drove all the way to Grapevine to get the gasket so that I can get my card today I just wanna let you guys know and I really recommend the guy Rob He’s a pure angel in automotive industry trust me. Just give it a shot
Highly recommend! We were passing through from out of town visiting family and our car’s transmission started giving us issues. We came across AAMCO and Robbie was amazing! Took care of us right away and helped get us back on the road. Its not easy finding a place on short notice or when we’re not even from the area but we’re lucky to have found this place.
I couldn’t be happier with the customer service aspect including timely and thorough assessment of the repair needs and good communication.The needed part was obtained the same day, the repair was completed quickly and the vehicle driven to be sure the problem was resolved. The cost was reasonable and fair. I will go there for future repair needs and would recommend AAMCO to friends and family.
